At the agreed time, guests will arrive at the starting point – Splavište, located near the Đurđevića Tara Bridge within the stunning Durmitor National Park.
Upon arrival, all necessary rafting equipment will be provided: footwear, wetsuits, safety vests, and helmets.
After a short briefing and preparation, the rafting adventure begins – covering approximately 35 kilometers of the magnificent Tara River. The duration of the tour depends on the water level and river flow speed, ranging from 4 to 5.5 hours, depending on the month of your visit.
During the descent, you’ll experience the untouched beauty of the canyon, passing by the Ljutica River (one of the shortest rivers in the world), beneath the iconic Đurđevića Tara Bridge (149m high), through the Green Whirlpools and Žugića Luka, all the way to Radovan Luka – located at the foot of Ćurevac, the deepest point of the Tara Canyon at an impressive 1330 meters.
A lunch package and refreshments will be provided during the tour, offering the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The tour concludes upon arrival at Radovan Luka, marking the end of an unforgettable day of adventure in one of Europe’s most spectacular river canyons.
