Apartments Pietra Mare are located in the small and peaceful place of Perazica Do, which lies along the Budva Riviera in Montenegro, between the popular towns of Petrovac and Rezevici. They are 150 meters away from the local beach and 5 km from Petrovac. The apartments are surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves, with walking paths leading to hidden coves and stunning viewpoints of the Adriatic Sea.

We offer nine exclusive accommodation units with a total capacity for 31 people, with the possibility of adding extra beds for children or adults. The accommodation units consist of a double room, a double studio, and seven spacious apartments with two bedrooms. Each apartment has its own balcony with a beautiful direct sea view. Guests have access to two outdoor swimming pools with sunbeds, a rooftop terrace, a barbecue and private parking.

Swimming pool

On our terrace you can relax in the sun and enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. The two pools are available to all guests of our accommodation from June 1st to October 1st, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that the water temperature depends on the weather conditions. Free sun loungers are also available by the pool. Enjoy!

About beaches

Guests staying in Perazića Do are perfectly positioned to explore a variety of beautiful beaches along this scenic part of the Budva Riviera. Just a 3-minute walk away, a local Perazića Do Beach offers a peaceful rocky shoreline with crystal-clear turquoise waters, set within a charming hillside village surrounded by lush vegetation. About 4 km away, Petrovac Beach is known for its fine red sand, 600-meter stretch, lively promenade leading to the Kastelo Fortress, and views of the islands Katič and Sveta Nedjelja, also accessible via one of the most beautiful forest walking trails in the area. At the other end of Petrovac, Lučice Beach awaits with its 220-meter sandy cove embraced by pine trees and scenic nature paths. Around 6 km away, Buljarica Beach stretches 2,300 meters, making it the longest beach on the Riviera, reachable by car or panoramic hiking trails. Approximately 3 km from the property, Drobni Pijesak Beach captivates with its 240-meter rocky shore and exceptionally clear turquoise sea, accessible via a coastal road. Finally, Kamenovo Beach, located between Bečići and Pržno, offers 730 meters of sandy coastline and crystal-clear waters in a sunny southeast-facing bay, with both private and free beach areas.
