Apartments Viktorija are located in a small, quiet place called Buljarica, 400 meters from the beach, and 2 km from Petrovac. Being centrally located on Montenegro coastline, Buljarica is very sought-after town for all kinds of tourists: from those who want to visit different beaches, cities, national parks, monasteries, museums, to those who prefer enjoying activities in the surrounding nature.

We offer 5 accommodation units with a total of 17 beds. All units are equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi internet. Guest are welcome to use the barbeque located in the yard. Parking spot is included with all accommodation units. We thrive on customer satisfaction and are willing to do everything in our power to meet our guests’ needs.

Our garden offers a simple and comfortable outdoor space to relax. Surrounded by greenery, it provides privacy and a calm atmosphere. The BBQ area is perfect for preparing meals and spending time with family or friends, whether during the day or in the evening.

About beaches

Guests staying in Buljarica enjoy access to some of the most beautiful and diverse beaches on the Montenegrin coast. Buljarica Beach stretches over 2,300 meters, making it the longest beach on the Budva Riviera, perfect for long seaside walks and relaxing days by the sea. Only 2 km away, Petrovac Beach charms visitors with its fine reddish sand, lively promenade, and views of the small islands of Katič and Sveta Nedjelja, while the nearby fortress Castello adds a touch of history to the setting. A few minutes walk over the hill leads to Lučice Beach, a picturesque sandy cove framed by pine trees and turquoise waters. For those seeking a quieter atmosphere, Perazića Do Beach, located below the Reževići Monastery, offers a more secluded escape surrounded by nature. About 9 km away, Drobni Pijesak Beach impresses with its crystal-clear turquoise sea, a beach bar and restaurant, and both private and free beach areas. For a truly special experience, Queen's Beach, accessible only by boat, awaits in a scenic bay between Buljarica and Čanj for a less crowded escape perfect for a relaxing seaside experience.
