It is an excellent choice for all tourists who want to visit beaches, cities and other sights. It is suitable for all guests who want comfort, privacy and a stay in a natural environment. It is equipped with modern furniture and offers guests relaxation by the pool.

We offer two accommodation units with a total capacity for eight people and with the possibility of extra beds for children. Units consist of two two-bedroom apartments with sea views and guests have access to a private parking.

Swimming pool

On our terrace you can relax in the sun and enjoy the outdoor pool. The pool is available to all guests of our accommodation from June 1st to October 1st, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note that the water temperature depends on the weather conditions. Free sun loungers are also available by the pool. Enjoy!

About beaches

Guests staying in Buljarica enjoy access to some of the most beautiful and diverse beaches on the Montenegrin coast. Buljarica Beach stretches over 2,300 meters, making it the longest beach on the Budva Riviera, perfect for long seaside walks and relaxing days by the sea. Only 2 km away, Petrovac Beach charms visitors with its fine reddish sand, lively promenade, and views of the small islands of Katič and Sveta Nedjelja, while the nearby fortress Castello adds a touch of history to the setting. A few minutes walk over the hill leads to Lučice Beach, a picturesque sandy cove framed by pine trees and turquoise waters. For those seeking a quieter atmosphere, Perazića Do Beach, located below the Reževići Monastery, offers a more secluded escape surrounded by nature. About 9 km away, Drobni Pijesak Beach impresses with its crystal-clear turquoise sea, a beach bar and restaurant, and both private and free beach areas. For a truly special experience, Queen's Beach, accessible only by boat, awaits in a scenic bay between Buljarica and Čanj for a less crowded escape perfect for a relaxing seaside experience.
