They are situated in a three-storey building 270m from the beach. The accommodation units comprise of one double studio on ground floor, three double studios on upper floors and six one-bedroom apartments. Parking is provided free of charge.

Our rooftop terrace with a stunning sea view is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the beach and Buljarica. Overlooking the endless blue horizon, it offers a peaceful setting for morning coffee, beautiful sunsets, or relaxed evenings under the open sky. The terrace is available every day from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Guests staying in Buljarica enjoy access to some of the most beautiful and diverse beaches on the Montenegrin coast. Buljarica Beach stretches over 2,300 meters, making it the longest beach on the Budva Riviera, perfect for long seaside walks and relaxing days by the sea. Only 2 km away, Petrovac Beach charms visitors with its fine reddish sand, lively promenade, and views of the small islands of Katič and Sveta Nedjelja, while the nearby fortress Castello adds a touch of history to the setting.
