Raymond Apartments are located in a quiet and peaceful place Przno, providing not only comfort, but also stunning panoramic views of the sea. All guests have access to two common terraces (on the roof and on the ground floor), gym, elevator and private parking.

We are located a three-minute walk from the local beach, while you can reach the beautiful Kamenovo beach in a ten-minute easy walk. Indulge in the most beautiful coastal walk through the forest to the legendary island of Sveti Stefan and create unforgettable moments that will follow you forever from this unique destination. We offer thirteen accommodation units with a total capacity of fifty four places with the possibility of additional beds for children. The units include one studio and duplex apartment with shared terraces, ten one-bedroom apartments for four people mostly with a sea view, and one two-bedroom apartment sea view.

Our rooftop and groundfloor terraces with stunning sea views are the perfect places to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Przno and Budva Riviera. Overlooking the endless blue horizon, it offers a beautiful setting for morning coffee, unforgettable sunsets, or relaxed evenings under the open sky. There is also a gym available to all guests every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

About beaches

Guests staying in Pržno enjoy access to some of the most exclusive and picturesque beaches on the Budva Riviera. Local Pržno Beach stretches 350 meters from Cape Pržno to Cape Miločer, combining sandy and rocky sections framed by olive groves under protected status, with charming seaside restaurants and unforgettable sunsets. Only 2 km away, the iconic Sveti Stefan impresses with its historic island-hotel, centuries-old stone architecture, and exclusive beaches accessible for an additional fee. Between Bečići and Pržno lies Kamenovo Beach, a 730-meter sandy beach known for its crystal-clear turquoise sea, sunny orientation, beach bar, and both private and free sections. About 6 km away, Drobni Pijesak Beach enchants visitors with its 240-meter shoreline, and exceptionally clean, azure waters. Elegant and serene, Miločer Beach lies beneath the former royal summer residence, surrounded by an 18-hectare exotic park forest, offering a refined sandy retreat (seasonal entrance fee applies). Award-winning Bečići Beach, nearly 2 km long, is famous for its colorful sand, pristine sea, prestigious hotels, and scenic promenade connecting the Old Town with Kamenovo. Finally, Galija Beach, part of the Red Head beach complex near Sveti Stefan, features reddish rocks and sand surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
